Egg Sandwich

How to Cook:

  1. In a small pot, bring some water to a boil and carefully add the eggs. Cook for about 10 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. Peel and chop the eggs.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the chopped eggs and stir to combine.
  3. Toast the bread slices and spread some of the egg salad mixture over one slice. Add any toppings you like, then cover with the other slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
